Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our General Cardiology team at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, WI.   Mercyhealth’s Mission – “Exceptional health care services with a passion for making lives better.”   Touching lives invigorates, inspires and drives us to do our very best, and we continuously look for ways to make each life better with the utmost care and professionalism   Opportunity: - Join an excellent team of two non-invasive cardiologists, two interventional cardiologists, two EP cardiologists, two cardiovascular surgeons and a vascular surgeon - Our team also includes seven APPs, a strong RN staff, and other support staff. - Part time position, within the hours of Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - No Holidays, No Call and No Weekends! - Coverage will include: hospital rounding and main clinic - Responsibilities to include: following up on patients, new consults and discharging weekly - Enjoy a high level of independence - Outstanding referral system from primary care Qualifications: - Ability to work well independently and under pressure. - Strong communication/interpretive and analytical skills. - A high level of independent judgment and ability to handle empowerment for independent action. - Ability to pass the Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check and/or Illinois Health Care Worker's Background Check. Mercyhealth is seeking qualified CRNAs to join our award-winning, fully integrated health care delivery system at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville. The professionals we select for this vital role will function as an integral part of the Anesthesiology team.
